White Sox pitchers and catchers report to spring training on Feb. 23, and the 2012 season opens at Texas on April 6.
And don't forget about SoxFest, which is being held at the Palmer House Jan. 27-29.
Here is information you need if you're planning on going to Soxfest:
The White Sox will have two-day and Sunday-only passes to SoxFest 2012 available for purchase only at whitesox.com on Monday, Jan. 9 at 10:00 a.m.
Two-day passes (good for admission on both Saturday and Sunday) are $70 while Sunday-only passes are $35.
Weekend passes (available only with hotel reservations) are $75. Friday night of SoxFest is reserved exclusively for hotel guests, and only fans who purchase a hotel package and weekend pass(es) are eligible to purchase the Premium Upgrade Package (a limited number remaining), which includes an exclusive autograph session with Robin Ventura, exclusive photo session with Joe Crede and the World Series Trophy and a private seminar with members of the 2005 World Series Championship team.
White Sox players scheduled to attend SoxFest include: Gordon Beckham, Jesse Crain, John Danks, Adam Dunn, Tyler Flowers, Gavin Floyd, Philip Humber, Paul Konerko, Brent Lillibridge, Brent Morel, Jake Peavy, A.J. Pierznynski, Alexei Ramirez, Chris Sale, Matt Thornton and Dayan Viciedo, and new White Sox manager Robin Ventura.
Members of the 2005 World Series champion White Sox scheduled to attend include: Neal Cotts, Joe Crede, Pablo Ozuna, Cliff Politte, Frank Thomas and Chris Widger.
SoxFest 2012 will be held Friday, Jan. 27, Saturday, Jan. 28 and Sunday, Jan. 29. SoxFest dates and times are: Friday, 4-9 p.m.; Saturday, 9-4 and Sunday, 9-3.
