Farmington Hills — Continuing his efforts to fight childhood obesity, Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford visited Hailey Samples and her classmates at Warner Upper Elementary School on Wednesday.
Hailey, a fifth-grader, produced a video answering the question: "What would you do to make Michigan healthier?" She received the most votes for her entry in an online contest sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
During his visit, Stafford discussed healthy activities such as walking and biking.
