Former Packers defensive end Jarius Wynn is scheduled to visit the Titans on Sunday, according to sources. Wynn is expected to work out for the team, and if signed, heĆ¢d bring experience to a young group.Wynn, a sixth round draft pick out of Georgia in 2009, was released by the Packers last week. He had 19 tackles and three sacks in 2011, and was a member of Green Bay’s Super Bowl XLV team.
A 6-3, 285-pounder, Wynn has played in 38 games in three NFL seasons.
The Titans signed veteran Kamerion Wimbley this offseason, and he’s expected to start opposite Derrick Morgan. Behind those players the Titans have Pannel Egboh, Kenyunta Dawson and Scott Solomon. Dawson has played in 60 career games, but Egboh and Solomon, a rookie, have no NFL experience.
